Joseph Clifford Montana Jr., nicknamed "Joe Cool" and "the Comeback Kid," is widely regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. Born June 11, 1956, in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, Montana grew up in Monongahela and starred at Ringgold High School in football, basketball, and baseball.
