Joe Kowalski

Biography

Joe Kowalski is a director, editor, and multimedia artist. He is the director and producer of the feature documentary Micronations. Joe was born and raised in Oberlin, Ohio, and resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Kowalski's work has been featured in Smithsonian Magazine, Hollywood.com, and Animation Magazine. He's a restless sort of fella.
