Jessica Hausner (born 6 October 1972; Vienna) is an Austrian filmmaker. She received international attention in 2001 when her film Lovely Rita, a portrait of a young girl who feels confined by family constraints, was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2001 Cannes Film Festival.
