Jeanelle Warren was born in the winter of 1992 to Jemal and Ouida Warren in Long Beach, California. When his father's military job transferred her family to Great Lakes, IL and then Jacksonville, Fl, Jeanelle enrolled in Frank H Peterson School of Academies under the communications program.
