Javanshir Rahim oglu Guliyev (November 22, 1950, Nukha) — Azerbaijani composer, Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1992). Javanshir Rahim oglu Guliyev was born on November 22, 1950 in Sheki. He graduated from the secondary Russian school in 1967 and from the Shaki Music Technical College in 1968.
