Ilkin Dovlatov (Azerbaijani: İlkin Dövlətov; born 16 June 1990) is an Azerbaijani mugham singer. He rose to prominence after finishing second in The Voice of Azerbaijan. He will accompany Fahree, who is scheduled to represent Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Özünlə apar". Dovlatov was born in 1990 in Baku.
