Biography

Sheng-Chun Huang, a native filmmaker based in Taipei, is currently studying at the Graduate Institute of Documentary and Film Archiving of the TNNUA. As a creator who wanders between fiction and reality, he has recently focused on Taiwan's history and human rights.
