Heriberto Pagan known as (Bebo The Comedian) is a Puerto Rican actor born and raised in Hartford Connecticut. Heriberto is known as Bebo he grew up an a bad environment where all he knew was bad negativity. He had his mom that tried to teach him the right things but then he had his step-father showing him about the streets.
