Henri Tibi

Biography

Henri Tibi was a French-Tunisian singer-songwriter. He achieved success as an artist in Tunisia, particularly in the town of La Goulette, before leaving in the 1960s to live in Paris. He decided to settle in Besançon in 1993 where he became a well-known figure among the local population, leading a bohemian life in the streets of the historic center. He was also a renowned table tennis player during his youth, having been a Tunisian champion on several occasions.
