Haruka Watanabe (渡辺 はるか, Watanabe Haruka, September 9, 1992) is a Japanese voice actress and former child actress from Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with Quatre Stella. She was affiliated with Kirin Pro when she was a child actress.
