Giannina Trixie Lapian

Biography

Inspired by other works of art or empirical experience, she is drawn to telling stories about humans in all their complexity and simplicity. Her work as a director, "Kala (Before the Rain)" (2023), was selected for the Bali International Film Festival 2023 and nominated in the student fiction competition at the Malang Film Festival 2023. Another work of her, "Burn Out" (2023) was selected for Minikino Film Week.
