Garrett Batty is an independent film producer and director known primarily for his involvement in faith-based content. In 2013 Batty wrote, produced, directed and edited The Saratov Approach, about two American missionaries kidnapped in Russia. The award-winning thriller grossed 2.1 million at the domestic box office and made Batty an indie director to watch.
