Biography

He took lessons on film receivers and screeners from S. Weinberg, participated in World War I as a reserve officer, was assigned to shoot films in the army, filmed the destruction of the monument built by the Russians in Yeşilköy (4.11.1914), and in 1915, by the order of Enver Pasha, he established the Central Army Cinema Department.
