Freddie Jr. T. Basilio was born on January 5, 2005, in the Municipality of Maragusan, Compostela Valley (now Davao de Oro). He is the second son of Freddie M. Basilio and Caroline N. Teodosio, alongside his elder brother, Charles Basilio, and younger sister, Karel T. Basilio. During his early childhood, his family moved to Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
