Ellen Rutter is a Canadian production manager and producer, and a member of the Directors Guild of Canada Manitoba District Council (DGC-MDC). She is an experienced senior-level instructor and mentor, having taught across multiple Film Training Manitoba (FTM) programs and regularly mentoring Manitoba film professionals to support skills development within the industry.
