Elijah “DrIBelive” Palmer (born January 15, 1953) is an American actor known for working at Whataburger, Braum’s and Camp Siloam - Elijah Palmer has done it all. His breakout role came in 2018, when he appeared in “Avengers: Infinity War” as Wakandan #118. He also starred in the critically acclaimed “Diary of a Wimpy Kid,” as Greg’s best friend Scott Maxwell.
