Eli Fischer is a Houston based independent filmmaker. Working as a director, writer, and cinematographer, he is a adamant lover of all things movies. His first short film "Desires! And the Temptations to Follow!" is a noir inspired fantasy that incorporates images and videos from the 1927 film "Metropolis" in order to tell the story of a man who becomes obsessed with an angelic figure he sees in his dream.
