Diokko Manuel Dionisio is a filmmaker from Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. He graduated from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde with a degree in Film specializing in documentary filmmaking. His thesis film “Kokuryo: The Untold Story of Bb.
