Biography

Daniel “El Gato” Garcés Najar was born in Bogotá. He began his musical studies at the Luis A. Calvo Academy, where he also started playing the bandola, tiple, and guitar. After completing his secondary education, he pursued studies in jazz guitar performance at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where he discovered his passion for sound design.
