Carlton Daniel Jr. is a writer-director born in Cleveland, OH. Navigating sexuality, horror, and queer romance, Carlton's storytelling is grounded in the mundane and extraordinary experiences of Black Americans. He earned his MFA in Film and Dramatic Writing from Syracuse University.
