Julia Brynn Smith (March 17th, 2009) is an American actor and co-director. Mostly know for small / independent films, she’s also voice acted in personal projects. Her iconic brown bangs allow for her to be noticeable in anything she participates in. Her energy and volume never seem to go below a 8 (many have tried & filed to fix this).
