Bruno Varela is an audiovisual artist, researcher and self-taught film and video producer. His works, located mainly in the geographical and conceptual south, have appeared in museums and festivals such as the Guggenheim Museum (New York), Getty Research Institute (Los Angeles), the Carrillo Gil Art Museum (CDMX), the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival (Germany), the Ann Arbor Film Festival (USA), the Morelia International Film Festival and FICUNAM.
