Bolat Tanziluly Omar (Kazakh: Болат Тәнзілұлы Омар; born 14 December 1947; Bayan-Aul) is a Soviet and Kazakh film director, screenwriter, animation director. In 1971, he graduated from the Production Faculty of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography with a degree in documentary and television film director.
