Bob Phillips (died June 29, 2018) was an American art director best known for his work on Sesame Street, where he began in 1990 and became sole production designer in 2010. He shared multiple Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction/Set Decoration/Scenic Design. Phillips retired from the show in 2015.
