Amal Neerad (born October 7, 1976) is an Indian film director, cinematographer, and producer who works primarily in the Malayalam film industry. A graduate of the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata, he first gained recognition as a cinematographer for Black (2004), before beginning his directorial career.
