Overview

Verde magazine is an unusual phenomenon, given that avant-garde publications usually came from big cities. Published in the small town of Cataguases, the magazine created a stir locally, nationally and even abroad. It became a staple in Brazilian Modernism between the years of 1927 and 1929.
