Overview

Mama Luigi is interrogating a Nintendo DSi in the dark until Mario unexpectedly comes home, forcing him to hide it. After accidentally shooting Toad during a panic, Mama Luigi explains that he bought the DSi as a surprise after discovering Mario’s YouTube channel was partnered. A flashback shows Mama Luigi hacking Mario’s account, going to GameStop, and buying the store’s only DSi along with a box of styluses. Mario wants to return it, but Mama Luigi can’t because he used the receipt as toilet paper, so Mario demands reasons to keep it. The two then explore the DSi’s features, including the camera, voice recorder, and DSi Shop, while also comparing it to earlier Nintendo handhelds. After showing gameplay and gathering opinions from friends, Mario still wants more reasons, leaving Mama Luigi stuck for over a year. Finally, Mama Luigi performs a rap with help from Pimpster Goomba, convincing Mario that the DSi is worth keeping.
