Overview

One of a handful of 'balcony-watcher' type comedies of the early silent era, in which a cheeky fellow peeps at various scenes from his balcony with his telescope. Presented on a 28mm split-reel with another short comedy in 1912; It's been suggested the film was produced as early as 1906.
