Overview

This documentary follows an investigation by Prigi Arisandi and his team into the smuggling of imported domestic waste from Western countries into East Java, disguised as shipments of used paper. The investigation exposes how developed countries contribute to Indonesia’s waste crisis, despite Indonesia being labeled the world’s second-largest contributor of plastic waste to the oceans.
