Overview

Jacques, a theater actor, prefers the stage to his family life. His son, Isaac, has realized that an uninvolved father can be a useful ally in covering up his absences from school. But just as Jacques is about to attend a new casting call, his son tells him that he has missed too many classes and has been summoned to the school. His mother must not find out, as this would reveal their little arrangement. Jacques tries to do everything he can, going to his audition and at the same time attending the meeting with the teachers. But this time, Jacques will have to assume his role as a father, but he doesn't know how to behave, as he has never learned to do so.
