Overview

Using domestic recordings filmed in Brazil in 2008, the director reconstructs a personal view of her family. In an attempt to understand the dynamics of the present, she returns to the family archive filmed by her mother, uncovering an emotional structure that had always been there. The short film observes the silences, the roles, the tensions, and the way the camera, by recording everything, exposes what was never said.
