Panaghoy sa Selda is a documentary about the abysmal situation of detainees at the congested Dasmariñas Male Custodial Facility in Cavite. Everyday, the number of detainees is increasing due to the intensive campaign on War on Drugs. Experts have observed violation on the human rights to dignity and health.
