Overview

Bridal photographer Makoto Aira lost his father to illness. However, even after the funeral, he struggled to come to terms with his emotions. Two years later, he is given the opportunity to photograph the funeral of his friend’s father. As he prepares to face this “new funeral,” he revisits his father’s online funeral venue. There, he comes across messages from people who knew his father in the past and discovers a side of him he had never seen before. To mourn once more, he gazes at his father’s portrait in the virtual space, reflecting on his life and legacy.
