Dust of the Simulacrum

Overview

In a forgotten virtual world, those who have discovered that they were created as mere programs live in constant fear of the "Bugs" consuming their world. Wandering through this fading realm, a nameless girl encounters a traveler who carries the only gun capable of resisting the Bugs. As they fight against the relentless corruption, they continue searching for meaning in a world they know to be artificial. And as the end of their world draws near, the girl comes upon a single "prayer".
