Overview

Hanahaki tells the story of an impossible love between a noblewoman and a commoner who, due to various circumstances, cannot be together. The word Hanahaki comes from Japanese and represents unrequited love, in which the character suffers with flowers growing inside her because the romance cannot be fulfilled.
