Overview

Vice Vice President Mayor King Duke Bartholomew Smorgasbord bans eggplants from American schools because they are too inappropriate for class discussion. Desperate to learn what eggplants are, two children named Flemster and Stacy enlist the help of a mysterious man with a bag on his head to find the true meaning of eggplants.
