Double Horizon

Overview

This work was created as an extension of One's Final Home and was first shown publicly in 2019. In Hoi An, central Vietnam in 2019, I encountered a tomb where a Japanese merchant from the Edo period had buried his bones. The work Double Horizon traces the gaze of the grave from the land where he buried his bones to the land where he was born.
